When I look at the task manager I can see the ‘setup.exe *32’ image kicked off for the ‘SQL Server Setup’ and after a minute or so another one pops up and then the install hangs. It’s like the second starts before the first one ends. If I ‘end process’ either one of them the install will compete, but SQL has not been installed correctly. Clipart and Design Workshop fails.   Help!! In the manual it says to not put the dongle in until prompted but the service pack looks for the initial installation so do I leave the dongle in place?? I can't find where to turn off autoshortening in Wilcom, is it right under my nose?? Can anyone help, please? I'll explain: My old software has the Send As Mail option under the File menu. When I click on this it openes an email with a dst file and a jpg file attached. I delete the dst file because the customer can't open that anyway, and they only want to see a pic of their design. Then I send the email. My problem is that in Wilcom software the send option opens a new mail document with only an EMB file attached. I know this file type will have the image, but obviously the customer won't have the wilcom software and so won't be able to open it. Is there a quick and simple way of asking the software to email just an image of the design? I'm currently having to use the screen print and save to Paint option, which takes longer.
