So I'm trying to get EMbird to save a file and here is the deal. I have changed the hoop size to one on the menu(Basically 9.5 x 7.5) the screen adjusts itself to the correct size. Then when I go to save it tells me I'm outside the field but get this, the field its telling me I'm outside of is (5.5 x 7.8) Any ideas because I'm stumped and currently held up doing any work....Oh yeah, this is NOT the demo version either.

I had the same thing happen to me. I went ahead and embroideried the design. Everything went ok. It seemed to be some kind of fluke. It's happened a couple of times.

I've had a simular problem but when I save it in the correct hoop size, it always says it will not fit in the 3.??x3.?? hoop. Even after recheck the hoop size and it is still 5x7. It looks like it is saved to the C drive and transfers my flash drive fine and shows it there on the computer but will not show up on the Brothers PE 770 sewing machine. I am so frustated I could scream. I'd be interested in suggestions you get.
