Which machine model are you using?

There are many different versions of the PES format, DecoStudio supports V1.0...V6.0. By default, DecoStudio will write PES V6.0, BUT if you have an older machine, it might have problems reading the latest format.

From memory, some Brother ULT machines take a PES V4.0.

If you're having problems, try selecting a different PES version in the PES Save Options dialog.

I have a Babylock BMP6, I saved it in all verion format and it did not work. I have to take the logo to wilcom truesizer and save it there.

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the Babylock BMP6. But it's interesting that TrueSizer works for you. When you opened your design in TrueSizer, did you open an EMB to save to PES, or did you just open the DecoStudio-saved PES and resave it as PES?

I saved it in the es2006 emb format. this is the only way it would work with the pes format so that the machine reconized the design
