What level software do you have? Have you been to class yet? Training is the best way to learn. I tried to teach myself but I learned more in 3 days of class than I did months by myself.

I would like to know about the software that you can use to digitise with and use to do something with it not just the demo one.

I don't think this address's the initial question but I reside in the UK and find it impossible to contact other users of Pulse software. Training, well I have never had any as my dealer is several hours drive and they want a fortune. What I know is self taught and reading articles in mag's and on the web. I'm not sure lessons are value for money as you go to a class, they cram in all sorts of useful info, but how much of that are you going to take away with you 25% to 30%!? unless you have a really retentive memory, You Have? then go for it... On the other hand if you know someone or better still a many users, so you can form a group, you will learn far more picking each others brains and at your own pace. I find a person can learn things by helping others, it sort of generates ideas which you would not have been thought of otherwise. If anyone reads this in the UK, Pulse users or not I would love to hear from you.

I am getting a new computer which uses the Windows 7 64 bit operating system (not professional version). Will there be a problem installing the Tajima software on the new machine? I have the Tajima Pulse 2009 program. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks!

The issue was possibly because of the system component(ARPSYSTEMCOMPONENT) value being set to 1 by the Tajima DGML by Pulse
