Alert
I am finding frequently DGT format files between my saved digitized files and I have no idea how they got there or how to open them. They are coming from a EMB file that I saved because they have the same file names. Anyone who can tell me what type of files they are and how they got there and if I am able to open those?

hi
When you have a design open..and go to SAVE AS ( and you choose DST)..you'll see a 'Save Icon' checkbox that will show as active at the lowest part of the dialog box.
Uncheck that, and the DGT files will no longer be saved along with the dst files.
DGT files are the icon files that the 'Save Icon'refers to.
