I usually listen to music on the system that I have Wilcom installed, but when I start digitizing a design - I get very annoyed by the left click/right click sound that is generated by the software.

Is there a way to turn it off?

Please help!

Thanks

Hi there, you need to replace the Button1.wav and Button2.wav by a wav.file with no sound. To do so, go to prgrams/Wilcom/ES/RES/ and select both files, copy and paste them to a save place in case you want them back. Close ES. Create two soundless audio files with the Windows Audio Recorder and save them to RES as BUTTON1 and BUTTON 2. Start ES.

HTH

Hi Barbara,

There is still this pesky little annoying sound that comes when I press enter to finish after digitizing an object with complex or fusion fill.

I tried looking for the .wav file in the whole es folder and couldn't find a single .wav file that you would be causing it.

Put copies of "empty" sound files as button3.wav and button4.wav in the RES\ directory too, the same place you found button1.wav and button2.wav.

(even though you couldn't find button3.wav and button4.wav, if you put them there, the software will "use" them... i.e. use "empty sounds", precisely what you want)
