I bought a Janome MB-4 last week and I need some help. I'm going back to see the dealer next week to get a short lesson, they having classes on other machines this week. My problem right now is: I downloaded some stuff on my flash stick and I don't know how to get it to open up on the machine. It shows the embroidery folder but when I touch the screen, nothing comes up. If anyone knows anything about this machine, please help. Thanks

I had the same problem. You need to format your USB pendrive with the MB-4 itself in order to create the correct folders inside the drive. After formating you should find a single folder (i don't remember the name), and inside this another folder called "MyDesigns". You need to copy your .jef files inside this last folder in order to be visible to the machine. Sorry about my poor english (I'm from Argentina). I hope this helps. Emilito.

The USB stick has to be formatted and formatted in that specific machine to show up. A Janome quirk. I had some formatted sticks via another Janome and no go. I had to reformat.
