Hi, First of all thank s for such a nice Forum.... I have studied a lot and you guys are geniuses...

Okay... My VISION is to design a embroidery Machine with :

1- Low Cost and Easily available material
     a) Ordinary Manual sewing Machine i.e.  less than $60
     b) Some electronics and stepper Motors  i.e. $150
     c) One Computer with Accessories
     d) Machine Control Software (Mach3) i.e. less than $200
     e) Some Aluminium Profile+Nuts/Bolts for making structure   i.e. less than $40
     f) My Software that will convert industrial standard DST format into Gcode

WHAT Machine will able to Do?
1- I will make it sure that the machine will able to perform  all stitches that WILCOM or anyother software support...

2- Machine will stop for every thread change and will provide you input What Colour thread has to be changed

3- The Working area will be 9" x 20" (228.6mm x 508mm) that can be further extendible... So we will have no constraint in embroidery area.

WHAT I HAVE DONE SO FAR:

1- I have made a program that will help you changing the Complex DST Format into my Controller readable industrial Standard Gcode format. I have tested my program output in SImulator and its 100% perfect

2- My Machine basic drawing is in Progress and i will start making this Machine in coming weekend.

The difference between my Machine and Other DIY's Machine is that it can be used to do Commercial stitches and all the stuff the Wilcom Support for a single Needle Machine.

My This Machine will bring revolution in Embroiderer industry, and many home hobbiest will get maximum benefit with very low cost...

If the Peoples here interested I will post my R & D here.

Regards
