29 Nov 2009 9:36 AM Alert

soon :>D.

Right now I am sooo upset so I apologize. Has anyone here had to have a motor replaced on their machine???

Looong story so I will just mention the short version. The tech just told me I need a new motor on my ULT2003D. He said it will cost $220 for the motor and labor.....is that a high cost?

I have no way of knowing if it is fair. This man ownes his own business and is very popular. He actually replaced a minor part for free the first time I took it in and others seem to trust him.

I still need to be sure this is not unreasonable compared to others ya know?

I hope someone here can help me with advice/opinion...I promise to do a formal intro when I am thinking clearly

Blessings,

Sherri
