I signed up for on line training for jan 1 and 4 and never received an email with password or any sort of acknowledgement. I have signed up again the next sessions. What can I expect to see in terms of knwoing whether or I not I am in the training session?

I have passed your information to the Wilcom training team in the US and they will contact you about your scheduled training.

I apologies for the lack of reply.

As a precaution, I would check any junk mail filter to ensure the email was not capture there. It would come from a WebEx service and would more than likely have WebEx in the subject.

If we can assist any further please let us know.
