Looks like your looking for an embroidery digitizer. You can get your text, logo or any graphic digitized at Embroidery Designs Shop I was referred to them through a friend when I needed our bowling logo digitized for some t-shirts it cost us only $10

Your request is amusing...

I.E. To convert images like this (I.E. a ".jpg" image) to an embroidery file (I.E. a".dst" file) is what Wilcom's program is designed to facilitate.

I.E. Im assuming then that you dont have Wilcoms software then  as 95% of the people on this forum probably do...

This first image is in fact quite difficult (difficult/involved, not so much difficult/hard).... so i would not be surprised if no-one wants to do it for you for free....

In fact the hardest part of that setup is the writing up top...

My guess is that most digitizers would probably too busy to give you a freebie and most likely also not likely to put in the effort that would result in a kick butt result...

But good luck....

Maybe someone on this list with a little time may do it to showcase their skills.....

Or you may get someone willing to do an auto conversion....

Anyway if your interested in paying there are 200 people on this site that can help...

I'm one.
