Have designer 1 and Embird latest. Created design saved in SHVformat In Embird chose input output UsB and saved to design to flash 512mb I also formatted USB. PC shows design on stick but machine is all grayed out nothing read. What am I missing Please help. I am relatively new at this.Just trying to do embroider for teen grand kids. Thank you ....
