Back again!

We have a 6 head machine, all the heads seem to give a good result except head 2, the embroidery seems a little fuzzy compared to the rest, does anyone have an idea why?

There could be several reasons - you will have to try the elimination method.

1. Find out if the needles on that head are still sharp.
2. Are the stitches locking properly, is the bobbin timing OK?
3. Is the frame loose?
4. The tensions are OK on top and bottom.
5. The bobbin thread is wound in the correct direction.

These are just very elimentary reasons - other could be more technical and complex requiring you to call the service guy.

I am not very well versed with the technical aspects, but here is what I can think off.

Like the encoder has gone bad on that head or something.

Most of the time, it's the needle problem.
Time to change a new one.
