We use Pulse Tajima DG/ML Xi software at work here.  We have a one head tajima machine and a 2 head meistergram.

I'm having an issue transfering logos to the new 2 head machine.  For the one head tajima, we just use the software to send it directly to the machine or use a 3.5 disk.  This works fine.  But with the new 2 head meistergram, we use a usb key.  What I do is open the .PXF in the software and save as..  .DST and put that file on the USB key and input it in the 2 head machine.  But right off the bat, the logo looks distorted on the 2 head machine screen, and sews out distorted most of the time.

I tried to open that .DST I just saved and I see the distortion there also.. Why does this happen when I save the perfectly nice .PXF (above) to .DST (below)

If anyone could help out with this issue, I would be greatful
