Hi FM101,
I assume your dongle is plugged in? Try taking out other USB devices like hubs or any other dongles you might have.
If that still doesn't work, visit the wilcom support site at www.wilcom.com.au/support and download and install the dongle driver.
You can always try to reinstall as perhaps the driver may not have installed properly the first time.
