What kind of color chart are you sending? If you are trying to send a thread color chart, maybe the company who supplies your thread has a color chart on your website. You can then just send a link to the color chart in your email, rather than the color chart itself. For example, here is the Robison Anton color chart http://www.robison-anton.com/cgi-bin/polycc.pl.
