I have had nothing but problems with my update.  I keep getting Excess Violation errors or file types not matching errors.  I've had to reinstall the software 6 times in the passed 2 months.  Anyone else having the same problems?  I'm ready to look for a new software.

Have you did a Purge & Recovery w/delete backup? If so, try to do the Revert , this should take care of your problem. Go to your Windows Startup and under your Wilcom EmbroideryStudio Tool folder.

I have EmbroideryStudio on more than one computer and having no problems on them (Vista & XP).
