Subject: Trouble with large satin stitch letters

When I do large satin stitch text it seems to leave gaps in some of the letters

does anyone know how to fix this ?

Save as a .dst file. Open the .dst file and drag the points to overlap the gap area while in edit mode (assuming you have Wilcom Software).

Sounds like it could be gaps in general sewing. IE, movement on the machine. Check your backing or underlay. You might need an edge run to firm up the backing.

Sometimes if the satin stitch is too wide, it won't stitch it. How wide would the stitches be that are in the gap?
