I've spent lots of money and lots of time with a new White Embroidery Machine, the Ped-Basic Software, and the Monogram Wizard.  I haven't been able upload the first stitch.  I downloaded TrueSizer.  When I click on the little file box on ped-basic, the program shuts off as if I had hit the off switch.  I went to the brother web site and down loaded the newer verison of ped-basic but having the same problems. 

I really wanted to be able to monogram a quilt for my daughter who will be graduating next Saturday from college.  Right now, though, I'm ready to call it quits.  Please help I'm very frustrated.
