I have downloaded lots of designs from AnntheGran and have no problems with most of them. however, when I downloaded some "sunbonnets" and tried to use them on my machine, i kept getting the message "too big for embroidery area". i know this isn't so, and have reduced the size even further, but still no go. The file sizes are no bigger than others i use. Any advice, please? As you can see - still a novice!
