I can't get the designs off of a cd to a sew format. The cd comes with hus. jef. and something else. Can anyone help with this . Thank you. Robin Coggins

Download TrueSizer from the "Free Stuff" menu above. TrueSizer can convert your designs to SEW format.

Hi Robin, I have the Customizer and Janome 9000. Jef and Sew are the same formats. So when saving designs to your atcp card they will automatically save to jef but you can still use them on you Janome 9000 since they are the same format. I know, I have done it. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN A JANOME 9000 AND I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT ELSE I NEED TO GET. I HAVE BEEN EMBROIDERING ALL THE CARDS AND WOULD LOVE TO BE ABLE TO SCAN A PICTURE AND TURN INTO A PATTERN (DESIGN), TRADE WITH SOME OF THE GIRLS AT WORK BUT THEY ALL HAVE OTHER MACHINES IN DIFFERENT FORMATS, AND DOWNLOAD PATTERNS FROM THE INTERNET. JANOME TELLS ME I NEED TO GET A SCAN AND SEW PC MODEL 241B OR A CUSTOMIZER SOFTWARE WITH A READER WRITER, BUT THAT NEITHER OF THESE WERE AVAILABLE ANYMORE
