Subject: Digitising question for Tajima Pulse Maestro

Hi I have 2 years experience in using Tajima Pulse Illustrator but this new company I am working for has Tajima Pulse Maestro and it sooo different than what I am used to. It took me 2 hours just to fill a segment with complex fill. As well as needing tips about the program I also have aquestion. The jpeg pictures that I upload to digitise looks gigantic on this program. Even if I upload size wise smaller versions of the same pic still looks huge. And the program goes stuck trying to generate stiches. Is there a way of making the picture smaller after uploading to pulse. I never had this proplem at the illustrator. I need help urgent as my new boss demands digitising and work done until this weekend. Thank you ever so much for your help.

Sorry I don't know pulse... Maybe a Maestro user could answer.
Strange one level of pulse is so different to another level? Have you tried calling your local pulse support team?
