HI Kristy

Are these structured or unstructured caps? What type of underlay are you using? What is your stitch count and what is the size of the design.? As well as centerout you should also go from bottom up. Check your density settings and stitch length. Try to lessen your density and/or lengthen your stitch length. What machine are you using? If nothing works, please email the design to me at jthellman@cox. net and I'll take a look.

They are structured hats I use just a cap back not to heavy doesn't seem to matter if I use thick or none at all. Stitch count is 7500 smaller desgin its just long 4.75" long. I use a tajima 4 head. Don't know to much about the underlay didn't digitize myself. I will send you the design
Thanks so much

I'm desperately trying to understand how computerized embroidery machines work. And weather or not it's a single person operation. Meaning can I operate a computerized embroidery machine by myself, like all the rest of my sewing machines, without anyone else doing anything. No need for an expert to thread the needle so to speak. But I'm getting the impression computerized embroidery isn't that way. The application I'm looking at for an embroidery machine is to produce very personalized embroidery. Maybe only a one time image. I have the impression it's not that easy; what I'm understanding is embroidering an image requires an expert to create it first.
