How much should be charged for the attached twill and embroidery design. I do all the digitizing, cutting and sewing, only outside cost is the PSA TWILL, etc. Size 4"X10" inches.

| How many pc are you doing, are they all the same, and how many heads do you have doing the job? As for the twill used you should get double your cost and then add your down time for placement. The average cost for PSA Twill per yard is $5 to $6 plus shipping cost, and you used about 1/5 of the yard and you have 6 placement (is the down time 6 times or do you do all placement at 1 time?) Then you need to get your Embroidery cost (you should have a min $ per job) and don't for get to add your setup cost. In my area I get on the tackle twill (Zigzag) for 1 pc is min of $25 and more if it a Appliqué (Satin Border). On larger jobs as say of 24 pc full Fronts or Jacket backs, I may have a flat rate of $10 or $12 or more for multi color Appliqué with heavy stitch count. |
