I have just been given a brand new Joys PF 5001 Problem is I have all the required manuals and software but no where in it actually explains how to start using it, mainly transferring images onto the Zheng He software, just comes up with incompatable. Does anyone have one of these machines ? appears to be a direct copy of a 'Brother' machine that could give me a few pointers Terri
