Hi there,

Does anyone know of any tutorials that shows how to properly cut backing from a finished embroidered design? Thanks so much.

Just a verbal description:
When finished embroidering leave your fabric in the hoop, turn upside down, use a seamripper, (the modell looking like a 2-piece-fork with the red ball on one tip), carefully cut a short slit into the backing with the tip without ball next to the embroidery being careful not to cut into the fabric, then lift out the ripper, turn it around and push the tip with the ball into the slit. Then push the whole ripper around the embroidery guided by the red ball. This is a very quick way to cut away the Cut Away with a quality seam ripper. Done so, unhoop the item.
