I've seen this Error Code -5009 before, it's not a Wilcom error. This is a funny InstallShield problem. Try this workaround:
Navigate to this folder:
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional\Runtime"
In it, there is a file "IsProBE.tlb". Rename it to something else like "IsProBE.backup" and then try to install TrueSizer again.
If that doesn't work, rename it back and let us know.

| Hi, I had to get a new pc and in the process some of my programs have to be reinstalled...Tru-sizer one of them...I downloaded the newest version...but don't know how to get it to convert one format into another. I convert files and designs in my old version...but I don't have a clue and to how to do it in the newer version...will someone feel sorry for me and help me out...it would be greatly appreciated...Thank you\

| I have been using Truesizer for some time. I have it on my other computer and no problems, installed easy and easy to use. I decided to download it on my laptop and all was well. My laptop went down and they had to wipe it clean and reinstall windows. I am now trying to download this and install it on here and can't figure out how to install. I unzip and get these list of files. There is one "setup.exe" so I click. Nothing happens. Please tell me how to install this "improved" version? I am frustrated at the moment. |
