I downloaded TrueSizer last night and it is saved as a file on my desktop but not as a program.  When I try to open what is saved it pops up a message that says "InstallShield self extracting exe  Please wait while InstallShield extracts the files which will install this application".  Then it counts upto 100%.  The box closes and nothing happens.  I have tried to open it at least 15 times and it's the same thing every time.  Any ideas?  I'm lost!

If the self-extracting EXE doesn't work, maybe you can try downloading and installing the ZIP version.
