Just downloaded true sizer. went through install. rebooted machine. checked the screen setting, opened once. as soon as I tried to open the guitar file, it closed and gave me an error code exception access violation code c00000005 exception flag 0 exception address 00FE9528 number parameters 2 startup address 004D9F0 offest off exception 00BDBB38 I need to know what to do, not impressed so far with your product...
