i want to knw the standerd density for good digitizing  in various fabric like pk, denam, fleece, twill and other and underlay settting

There is no standard, you just have to guesstimate and see what works for each fabric. There are too many variable such as fabric weights, backings, threads, type of embroidery etc. The design itself varies also. A fill, stitches one way on a polo shirt, and way different on a woven shirt.
