| Hi all,
Downloaded & installed the program but can't seem to open it. It only shows the 'Thank you for your support' window but nothing else.
I am running Win7 64 bit and have lowered the screen res to 1024x768...
Can you help? |

Double-click the "Wilcom TrueSizer e1.5" icon on your desktop, then when you get to the "Thank you for your support" window, just press "Esc" on your keyboard.
You don't need to "lower" your screen res to 1024x768, I'm sure they mean that's just the "minimum" screen res. I run it fine at 1280x1024.

after what i think was a download, there should have been an icon on the desk top. NOT!

HI Larry,
First check that is it installed.
The Progam will be Here C:\Program Files\Wilcom\EmbroideryStudio_e2.0
you should see directories
BACKUP
BIN
RES
USERLETW
WLETTER
AND A COUPLE OF OTHERS
If this is the case
Go to
Start> All Programs>Wilcom Embroidery Studio e2.0 and you should see the start icon there.
Double click and the program should open.
If this does not work please let me know here in the forum or contacts below
