I have just downloaded the Wilcom True Sizer and I THINK I got it all unzipped.  But I havent a clue where to go from there. I am the new owner of a mc350e and all my patterns are just listed in numbers.  How do I get this new software to open the patterns so I can even see what they are?  I'm sorry I'm so uninformed.

After you unzip the TrueSizer, go to the folder and double-click the "Setup" application (aka setup.exe) to install it. Just follow on screen prompts from there.

Thank you Delfius.  I think I'm ready to start working in the program.  When I do get a pattern resized, will it still be in .jef so that I can use it in my Janome or will I need to somehow convert it first?

You're welcome.

When you save your pattern, use "File->Save As" menu item, and select "(*.JEF)" from the "Save as type" list. Then you can use it on your Janome.
