| I have tried to download the truesizer, but I am asked to go to survey (hate surveys) and after it is filled out, I am sent to another website about surveys, nothing about Wilcom Truesizer. How do I get to where I can download this software? I am frustrated! |

| Same here! I've tried several times and I keep getting the survey. Once I complete the survey, it takes me to a site where they try to sell me survey services. Not a good reflection on WILCOM at all! |

| Me too, this is bizarre! I have never had so many problems downloading a supposed free program. I know that I didn't have this many problems when I downloaded it about 2 years ago. Unfortunately I must of deleted the file from my saved files. |

To all who need the TrueSizer, especially who have the wilcom digitizing software, I say we should contact Wilcom to correct the problem and post the download link on their website for free download as they advertise, as well as on "EmbroideryStartup.com". If it's an honest mistake ok, but if not, it would be falls advertisement . I hope someone from this website or from Wilcom website realize the problem and correct it.

| That's not cool. I filled out only the required fields and put in bullsh** answers just to see what the deal was, and after I submitted it, it took me back to the page I was on, but now the download link actually went to download the file. I didn't download it though since I don't need it on my computer. . . |

worked for me.
It think asking for a survey for a free product is common and very acceptable. After all this company make something for free for you to use for free. |

| Yes it is free, i tried it just now and can download the file fine, after the completed survey.
Make sure you click the free stuff link at the top of the page. |

| I have filled out the survey at least 6 times. When I supposedly download True sizer it takes me to my Ped Basic program and then it only shows a .zip file and will not open. I have tried downloading to Desktop and then extracting. None of this is working. This is really fustrating and not easy at all. Any help would be appreciated. |
