This is the error message I keep getting when trying to instal True Sizer

I cannot get truesizer to open. When I click onthe star it takes me to Thanks for your support. Why Wilcom software. What am I going wrong.

| I cannot open the trusizer. It says its saved as a zipfile but when i click on it.... it says its invalid. help please??????? |

Right click on the zipfile folder and click on extract all contents. That should open up a wizard which will guide you through extracting the contents. Once it is finished, you can open up the contents and do whatever it is you need to do. Hope that helps! |

Please help I can down load as a zip but when I open the zip what do i do next? How do I get it to run as a program on my computer

| Did you extract all the files from the zip folder? What are the extensions for the files in the folder? Find the file that is named something that would imply it's going to 'run' or install' or maybe 'program'....something like that. |
