Subject: error opening file

We just installed True Sizer yesterday.  When we try to open a file, i.e. .DST, we get an error "This design is not a native .EMB and may have limitations in scaling..."  Any suggestions?

You should still be able to open it. Try opening, then saving it as an EMB file. Then open it again and see if that helps.
