I just downloaded the truesizer program, and I tried to use the capture design bitmap to put a picture of my design on my computer but I keep getting the message the directory or file cannot be created. Can any body help me with this? Please Thanks Mar

Hi Mar, What file format were you creating and what folder were you trying to save the file in? Could you try saving it on your Desktop to test if it might be permissions with the original folder you were trying to save to? Brenden

The file format was jef, but I was trying to save it to a file as a bmp. When that failed I tried jpg, same failure. I'll try saving to the desktop rather than a regular file folder. thanks Mar

No problem! I suspect the folder you were saving to (such as maybe C:\) doesn't allow saving. This is a Windows permission thing and Vista in particular is a little more strict. Not sure if you are using Vista.
