You may want to save it first before opening it. That way your computer can acknowledge that it is a new program and won't read it as corrupt.

I just downloaded it for the first time on my computer about 3 weeks ago and had the same problem. I simply saved it first and problem solved!

Regarding the message you are getting "this file may be corrupt or is zipped". Actually, the file really is "zipped".

Try:
- Saving the file to your computer (i.e. don't press Run, press Save)
- Unzip it (*)
- Run the Setup application

(*) You might need to download an unzipping tool if you don't already have one (like WinZip or WinRar) so you can unzip the TrueSizer after saving it to your computer.

I'm having a problem downloading too, I get a message that the program is corrupt, does anyone out there think that I can redownload? I would uninstall first, do you think this can be done. I don't have any side icons when I open it. All I get is the top headers and I can only use the samples. I can't save anywhere, I can click on the top header buttons and am able to change settings, but that is all. Also I can read the help file and I spent most of the day trying to understand what was going on, then I came to the forum and others are having the same problem. I tried to contact the supplier to ask if I can reload, but I can't seem to connect. Help Please! I think this would be a good program, I've read all about it.
