Hello!

I've got thousands of embroidery files that I need to be able to look at and consequently, my computer has the Embroidery TrueSizer software so I can open the files and look at them before going into production. Well, I can't open these files because the software is giving me System Error Message:

EXCEPTION ACCESS VIOLATION

This system error message appears before the software can open. I've contacted the Wilcom people and they told me to come to this web address to seek help. They also told me to clean out the backup folders, and I already did that.

Can anyone help? Perhaps I just need to reload the software? Thanks for any suggestions or help you can provide.
