Subject: Cannot open Truesizer, only pop up opens

When I try to open the program, and I have tried all the ways, open, file , starf etc. The only thing that opens is the advertising window. Anyone know why this happens??

I finially called Wilcom, and they told me that if you have Wilcom open at the same time, that the truesizer will not open. I close the program and it worked good. Thank you for all the views.
