No does not work--after I log in keep getting the same page. Did find out from an embroidery club not to bother that its like hitting a dead cow--not going to get up. Six of them tried but got the same results as I did. But I had heard that wilcom was a good program but ----------cant use the true sizer i guess i will not in vest. thanks anyways

Jackie,
I had the same problem. I went to my desktop and changed the resolution to higher than the required, went back to the e-mail which gave me my code and clicked on to the second site, the long one, logged in, log in confirmed top right hand corner, and confirmed my e-mail. Maybe you could try , if you haven't already.

Best Regards Aurora

I downloaded at the 1024 etc resolution, then went back to my usual setting.
At that time i could not close that 10 second window ( the button was too far down on the screen), but could see what was probably the TrueSizer window open behind it.
I then went back to the 1024 res, could click "close", but now I get a System Error notice and the program doesn't open.
Any thoughts?

Hi Morcher,

Sorry to hear you are still experiencing problems. Perhaps it might be your internet security options. You could try reducing the security level just in case it is blocking the download. We have had thousands of downloads so I am confident it is not a server side issue but a local client setting or issue.

Regards,
Brenden

Brenden
I lower my internet security options and that worked. Will email my friends right now.

Thank You

Great news!!! I am sorry I didn't think of this earlier. I guess with all this travel my brain is a little frazzled.

Make sure you restore your security settings to the level you prefer to ensure you are protected!

Brenden

I sat here for 2 hours to download the Wicom True sizer.  Now what do i do? It just comes up as a title page with photo stuff on the bottom. is there another step. Do actual Wilcom employees answer these questions or is it just a bunch of lost & confused potential users sharing problems? I'd like to use this. if there is another step how do I get to it? thank You Eileen.....You don't even ask for my e-mail...what kind of help is this?

Hi Eileen,

You are probably looking at the splash screen which looks like the image below right?

If so, press the "Close" button that is at the bottom of the dialog and it will close........ it appears after about 10 seconds...

If you do not see this "Close" button then you are probably not running the right resolution settings required for truesizer (1024x768) which are on the download page and in this post which you should read --> http://www.embroiderystartup.com/Forums/tabid/72/forumid/12/postid/159/view/topic/Default.aspx

Lots of people monitor this forum. Your email address was added when you registered on this site............
