HI

I'M TRYING TO DOWNLOAD THE TRUESIZER.  TRIED TO RUN THE EXECUTABLE VERSION AND THE ZIP.  WHAT AM I DOING WRONG.  IT SAYS ON THE EXE., THAT THE PROGRAM DOESNT RECOGNIZE THIS.  SO THEN I TRIED THE ZIP AND WHEN ITS FINISHED EXTRACTING THE FILES IT GIVES ME A FOLDER THAT HAS ABOUT 8 PROGRAMS IN IT.  WHAT DO I NEED TO DO.

Hi Paula,

Once you've finished extracting the ZIP, just double-click the "Setup" application, and it will start installing TrueSizer. Should be straightforward after that.

Since I am not familiar with your site, all I need is to have a couple of designs resized. One is too small and the other too large for my largest hoop. I have a Babylock Elegante in pes. format. Thank you.
