Yes, I've seen this before. 
I suspect the problem may be because of some changes to your system Display settings. If you don't see the "Close" button at the bottom of the startup window, you can close it using "ESC" key on your keyboard (in fact, I close it with ESC key anyway, because it's quicker) 
Note that ESC key wont work immediately, it will only work after TrueSizer is almost loaded, which may take like 5-10 seconds or so, so the easiest thing to do is wait a little, then keep tapping "ESC" until it closes.
