Everytime I try to open Trusizer, I get an error message.  I have completely deleted the file and re-installed the software in hopes of resolving the issue.  I am running on Vista, and TrueSizer 2006 and no luck.  Please help.  The error message is as follows

UNKNOWN

ExceptionCode: e06d7363

ExceptionFlags : 1

ExceptionAddress: 75E542EB

NumberParameters : 3

Startup Address : 004011B0

Offset of Exception : 75A5313B

Thanks,

Mary Jo

Hi Mary Jo,

Has TrueSizer ever worked for you?

First thing would be to revert to defaults by doing the following:

1. Start > All Programs > TrueSizer 2006 > Wilcom Tools
2. Run "Revert" and "Purge Recovery"

Secondly, do you have administrator access on your computer?

Try this:

1. Right-click on the TrueSizer shortcut.
2. Select Properties.
3. Select the Compatibility tab.
4. Under "Privilege Level" down the botton check "Run this program as an adminstrator".

Let us know how you go!

Regards,
Brenden

Yes truesizer worked the first week I installed it, and I have been having troubles ever since.
I followed your directions and reverted to defaults. Not sure about administrator access on my computer, but the button under privilege level was not available as an option for me to select.
Anything else I can try?

Hi Mary Jo,

You just presented a great clue! The fact that the option is greyed out means your probably don't have the right admin access to change it, so a good indication that you may not have admin access.

What version of Vista do you have? Home, business, etc? Do you work for a business or it is personal use? If business, ask your IT guy to give you Admin access.

I'll ask around and see if anyone else has any other ideas.

Regards,
Brenden
