Lijuan, The solution for error -5009 (InstallShield error) is here: http://www.embroiderystartup.com/Forums/tabid/72/forumid/12/tpage/3/view/Topic/postid/519/Default.aspx spshah, After downloading TrueSizer, you need to install it by opening the downloaded zip file then running the "Setup" application.

You need to extract the zip file, then run the "setup" application (i.e. Setup.exe)

My life story ~ ha ha. If this happens to you, find the downloaded zip file ~ it likely will be somewhere in your documents files. Double click on it, it will open up & show several associated files. Find "setup.exe" Double click. Should work. |

I did the download and double clicked on the exe file. Something flashes on the screen with the green bar (like when something is downloading), but it goes so fast I can't read it. But I do not see the program on my desktop or in the start - programs list. What happened and how can I tell if it truely did the setup? |
