I DL the Trusizer to help with converting some of the files that my older softwear doen'st recognize.  I had a problem locating where Trusizer landed and how it was accessed.  I clicked on one of my files and broused to find Trusizer (didn't really find it either)  but it turned all the extensions in the file to Trusizer rather than .sew.  Please tell me how I turn them back to .sew.  so my card softwear can recognize them.  merrielyn

Hi there, Merrielyn

In Window Explorer, do this:
- right-click on the file and select "Open With->Choose Program..."
- select the program you want to open the file with (it probably has TrueSizer and your other program listed in Recommended Programs)
- tick the checkbox which says "Always Use the Selected Program..."

This will open your file in your other program (and set your other program as the default for next time you double-click).
