I am using a 20-Head Barudan Embroidery - Sequin machine. I, always, receive a Plotter i.e. print-out of Design from my customer along with the DST file in a CF card so that I can feed the design in Barudan from the CF Card and then "teach" the design as per the given Plotter.

However, when I view the DST file in Truesizer, it always shows me the Design in Default colors i.e. 20 Colors whereas the Plotter that I receive is normally 3 or 4 color. I have tried my level best to decrease the number of colors used in the design so that I can actually see the design on my Screen too but, so far, I have not been able to figure out how can I do it ?? This is to say that when I open the Colorways, I see Threads in Pallette as 20; even if I change this number to 3, it reverses back to 20. I want this number to come down to 3 or 4 (whatever is the actual design) and then I can custom feed the colors in the design !!

Can anybody help me in this regard ??
