Subject: Need help getting 9 to work

OK, I have used 9 in the past and loved it, I got a new computer and downloaded Truesizer 2006, then I saw on here that 9 is available again so I removed 2006 (which was working fine on the computer, I just wanted the colorways changing option of version 9) and then installed Version 9, now when I try to open it is says EMBVIEW.EXE stopped working and microsoft will let me know if there is a solution, what did I do wrong  or what did I not do?

I am very frusterated right about now!!

PS I run on windows Vista

I'm having the identical same problem. I disabled my av and firewall software, and turned off my User Acct. Controls, but this is the same error message I get if I try to open the software, either with a double-click, or with a right-click, "Run as Administrator". I tried to UN-install the software, and I got an error message telling me it could not be fully un-installed! Now, every time I reboot my computer, I get a message asking me if I want to restart my computer (as though the software has installed). HELP!!! Certainly someone from Embroidery Startup or Wilcom can answer this??
