Hello everyone

I bought a Janome 350E in July. As well, I bought the Husqvarna 4D software so I should be screeching ahead.

Ever since I received the 350E I have to use the tension on O (zero). Does anyone know how to put the tension back to normal (5, I presume)? Zero is the lowest setting and still the embroidery is tight no matter how many layers of stabilser or the type of fabric I use.

Taking it back to the supplier will probably mean I am without the machine for about three weeks - not good when Christmas and embroidery demand could be high.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What is wrong with your tension exactly? Is there no bobbin showing underneath or is the bobbin coming up and showing through on the top? Maybe you need to loosen the bobbin tension. As for setting the tension back to normal, I'm not really sure since I'm not familiar with that particular machine. Here's a thread that may help you... http://janome.com/fusetalk/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=7&threadid=1165
