If your sequins spool in from the front of machine to back (most machines are), you need to use the North option. The South is used mostly on Schiffli machines. As the sequin is placed on the fabric, the first stitch has to be on the "North" (back side) of the sequin. If t was on the "South" side the first stitch could hit the sequin and cause it to not to be sewn down.

Hi all,

I just happened to see this post. I am no longer with Wilcom and have moved to DecoNetwork where we provide online designer and webstore solution for printers and embroiderers. You can check out our site at www.deconetwork.com. I suggest if you need some assistance with your Wilcom software you contact the Wilcom support team on support@wilcom.com.au.

Cheers,
Brenden

Regards,
Brenden
