User is on WindowsXP SP2 and is an administrator of the computer with full control over all directories on the hard drive. When user launches ES Designer v9 the program fails to launch and throws this error: System Error EXCEPTION ACCESS VIOLATION ExceptionCode: c0000005 ExceptionFlags: 0 ExceptionAddress: 010ADBFD NumberFlags: 2 Startup Address: 004011B0 Offset of Exception: 00CACA4D Does anyone know how to fix this? We are stuck not able to work until we fix this! Please help! We cannot register on the Wilcom support website because we cannot launch the program to get the security code that is required.

Do a purge recovery first and if that don't work Try re-installing the software. I thought all you need is your Dongle # to register at Wilcom Web site (try typing in the dongle #). If all else fails contact your Wilcom supplier.
